It was out with the old today as a forklift began to tear into a building in downtown Zanesville. The former Revco Store on Main Street was hit by heavy machinery, as crews from James and Sons Excavating worked to demolished the building. It may take a couple of weeks to finish the project. The empty space will be turned into a private parking lot. The construction is part of a larger project to renovate the top floor of the old Kresge’s building.
