Family members and friends gathered today for a benefit dinner to raise money for the Cornelius family. The family suffered a devastating tragedy back in March when their house located on Bloomfield Rd. caught fire. Three month old Maliki Rhude, 15 yr.old Jenny Cornelius and her mother, Judy, all died in the fire. The son, 17 yr.old Samuel Cornelius and his father, survived the tragedy, but lost everything in the blaze. All the money raised was going to help the father and son get back on their feet.
