The VFW in Zanesville hosted the Democratic Party Dinner which featured a special guest speaker. State Representative Bryan Flannery was in town with his wife and 4-month old daughter, to talk about the Democratic Party and his run for Secretary of State next year. Flannery is from Cleveland.
