The Zanesville Noon Rotary Club marks the end of another year, by naming a new president and handing out awards. The 87th year in existence brought about many great accomplishments, that outgoing president Dr. Lowell Body is proud of. At the meeting Tom Lear Jr. and Sandi Plymire were honored for their significant contributions to the service organization. Both honorees received a plaque, and at the next meeting the gavel will be passed to new president Rob Guentter.
