Flooding problems of Fifth Street in Frazeysburg are about to end. Muskingum County Commissioners awarded a bid today to ABC to install 1400 feet of pipe, 7 catch basins and an overlay on the road for drainage imrpovement. The county reviewed four bids for the project. ABC bid the project at $44,444. The Mayor of Frazeysburg said they are going to start the project right away. The project will take about two weeks.
