The Port Authority was on hand today at the County Comissioners to ask for their help. Their agenda was to get the County Comissioners to amend a enterprise agreement with Lumi Lite Candle. The agreement would open up more opportunites for people in the community. Lumni Light Candle is located in Norwich.
