If you stopped at the post office today to mail a package you probably noticed a slight price rate hike. Post offices around the country made a slight increase in the price of certain letters you send out. Some good news though, first class letters are going to stay at 34 cents. Express mail will now be $12.45. The reason for the hike is the increase in fuel prices. The increase took place Sunday.
