Friday is a busy day for the Muskingum Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross. Thanks to some grant money, the Red Cross has a new mobile truck unit that will service 27 counties in the Central Ohio region. Tomorrow will be the first time the truck has been in Muskingum County so the Red Cross is holding a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Muskingum County Courthouse. The truck will be at the Courthouse from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Also tomorrow, the Valkyrie Rider Cruisers Club will be having a blood drive from 3:30 to 7:30 at the Zanesville Holiday Inn to help out the Red Cross.
