It’s time to start spending..the budgets for all political sub-divisions and local governments in Muskingum County have been approved and signed. At the county budget commission meeting this afternoon the members took action on the budgets, that were previously reviewed and okayed. The funds were allocated to 25 townships, 9 villages, the city of Zanesville, Muskingum County, the park district, Family and Children First, Mental Health, the Soil and water conservation district and the Health Department.
