A Noble county teenager is accused of shooting and killing a Guernsey county man Wednesday afternoon. Deputies say it all happened after the teenager stayed home from school claiming to be sick. Investigators say the teen picked up a gun and took his family"s truck for a ride. Noble County Sheriff Landon Smith says the teen lost control of the vehicle and it flipped. Nearby, 38-year-old Todd Morrision of Byesville was at a graveyard visiting his father's gravesite. Sheriff Smith says it appears Morrison witnessed the crash, and went to help the teen. When Morrison got close to the crash site, the 15-year-old fatally shot him once in the head. The teen is now in custody and has been charged with Murder. His name has not yet been released.
