Cambridge police say a three-year-old boy who apparenlty shot himself died at the hospital a few hours after the shooting. Police say Dylan Maust of Cambridge was flown to Children's Hospital in Columbus Saturday where he died a short time later.
Police say they were called to a home at 609 South 10th Street around Three O'clock Saturday when an adult reported an accidential shooting.
Initial reports indicated that the child was shot in the head. But that was not confirmed by police. Officer Jim Wilson says the boy apparenlty got a gun and shot himself. No other information is availble on the case, pending further investigation.
