A nation stunned into speechlessness ..must now begin to talk in order to start the healing and rebuilding process. With thousands dead, the lucky ones will only hear stories of the tragedy. But not being personally involved, and watching the events unfold can still cause an emotional impact. James McDonald from Six Counties, said that life would go on. He says sharing the pain and frustration with others and using the hurt to improve our lives is essential. McDonald added that talking and listening to your children’s reactions is important. He said that maintaining a consistent routine with your young one would help reassure them that things would be okay.
