Four out of five car seats are used wrong. So WHIZ, Pugh Diamonds and the Zanesville Kiwanis club got together and held a child safety car seat day. Lots of parents showed up to make sure their car seats were properly installed. New car seats were issued to parents if the one currently being used was not safe.
