Representative of the Municipal Court of Zanesville admitted that they made a clerical error, switching numbers on a warrant issued last month. The error caused 34-year old Barbara Lincicome of Blue Avenue to spend a night in jail. Judge William Joseph apologized for the clerk’s office, telling Lincicome a mistake had been made by a clerk not matching a number with a name,
