The magic of an 18-hundreds canal town delighted festival goers at Roscoe Village's 32nd annual "Apple Butter Stirrin" festival. As people walked along the vendor filled streets, the smell of apple butter simmering over an open fire was in the air. To keep the interest alive in this time honored tradition, the staff of Roscoe Village try to bring back the elements of an era that had long gone by. The three day event ended Sunday.
