With the new developments occurring in the Putnam Residential area, an additional helping hand is always needed to assist in getting the ball rolling. The Community Development Office will be busy with these upcoming projects and with a new addition to the team, the job may be a little easier. Cheryl Sebring began her job as housing planner for the city of Zanesville only two days ago and is already taking on a hefty role in the new development project for Putnam. She will be working with homeowners in renovating their houses, repairing and helping to manage the funds the city receives in order to run the programs. She is replacing Eric Brown who now works with Zanesville Metro Housing.
