The homicide of Peter Polk remains unsolved, and the family is speaking out pleading for any information that would lead to the capture of his assailants. Early Sunday morning Polk, was found beaten up on East Long Street in Columbus. He was on a business trip and had went out to dinner and then to Krome Nighlight for some drinks. His friends say there was one trouble in side the bar, and upon leaving he called a friend to ask for directions, when he was attacked by three men. He was taken to Grant Hospital where he died four days later. His family is offering a 10 thousand-dollar reward for information that would bring them justice. Polk, was the president of the family owned Polk Scrap Iron and Metal.
