A Noble county teenager who has been charged in a summer shooting death will be tried as an adult. 16-year old Matthew Lallathin of Caldwell, was ordered to stand trial on first degree murder and first degree aggravated murder. Accussed of killing 38-year old Todd Morrison of Byesville late this summer, Lallathin lost his fight to reamin in the juvenile system Wednesday when Noble County Judge John Nau ordered him to return to the Noble County Jail from a juvenile detention center to stand trial as an adult. According to court reports, Lallathin shot Morrison in the head with a .38 caliber semi-automatic gun, that was stolen by Lallathin, when he tried to help him out of a wrecked Ford Bronco.
