The Grand Jury heard the case of the accused killer of a Muskingum County Sheriff's Deputy wednesday. In the closed proceedings, members of the Muskingum County grand jury heard the case against 27 year old Henry Hager of Columbus. Hager could face the death penalty if convicted. His next appearance in court is January 30th, it's then that he'll enter a formal plea.
