After this morning’s incident at the Zanesville City Schools bus Garage, classes were canceled for all students in the district.
Some students were at the school trying to get their minds off the tragedy and they gave us their thoughts.
Some thought the incident was scary and out of the ordinary for the school system. Student, Elizabeth Stubbins, a junior at Zanesville High School said Ron Melvin Senior, the shooter in the incident, was a nice man and said she was really surprised. School superintendent, Mike Pockl has contacted counselors from six different counties for help.
All sporting events for Zanesville city schools have been canceled this evening.
