One hundred fifty five boxes of thin mints is a very tall order, but not if it is a gift for some special members of the National Guard. Junior Girl Scout Troop 690 of Westview Elementary School presented the 447th Military Police Unit with several cases of Girl Scout cookies. The Batallion Commander Major Phillip Churn was on hand to accept the gift for those who were deployed back in October to Fort Leonard Wood Missouri. With the money made from selling the cookies, the girls will be going to camp and also having an overnight at COSI in Columbus.
