Three point one million dollars, that’s what the FAA will be paying Zanesville’s Municipal Airport. The reason, the airport is expanding to accommodate larger aircrafts. Plans include extensions of the runways and repairing existing erosion problems. They will also be installing an instrument landing system, and access roads will be improved to allow better access to airport equipment. The project should be completed by the end of this October or November.
