A Frazeysburg man charged with stabbing his cousin and a friend after an argument over a computer appeared for his preliminary hearing Tuesday. 21-year-ol David Wion stood before Muskingum County Judge Jeff Hooper. Assistant Muskingum County prosecutor Bob Smith says Hooper found probable cause in the case and it was bound over to a grand jury, which meets Wednesday. Wion has been charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of felonious assault and two counts of failure to comply with the order of a peace officer. Wion is accused of using a large hunting knife to stab his cousin, 22-year-old Tonya Burnell and her friend 24-year-old Lloyd Martin.
