A Noble county teenager is being on murder charges. 16-year-old Matthew Lallathin is accused of shooting 38-year-old Todd Morrison of Byesville. Police says Morrison stopped to help Lallathin during a traffic accident last fall, and that's when he was shot. So far about 12 witnesses have testified in the trial. The trial is expected to last until Friday. If convicted, the teenager could face life in prison.
