A revised designation policy has been put into effect for the American Red Cross Affiliates throughout the United States. The updated version will help ease the controversey over the September 11th victims funds, that never reached the hands of its victims. This new revision is expected to be very beneficial to the donors and to the National Red Cross Center. The American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund is an emergency reserve that enables the Red Cross to give immediate attention to people effected by widespread and localized disasters.
