A new lawn mowing law make residents want to cut their grass. After complaints of out-of-control weeds and grass, the Legislative committee of the Cambridge City Council approved written warnings if your grass is taller than nine inches. The proposal will go into effect if the city council agrees to its adoption. Residents who don't cut their grass in a timely manner will be issued a warning letter, then a follow-up letter is issued if the grass isn't cut within 7 days. And the last result will be a fine.
