It will be a special Thursday in Roseville Park today. At noon the Croosville-Roseville Pottery festival kicks off. It will be the 37th edition of the summer event. Festival chairman Neil Campbell says its a pottery lovers dream. Its a four day festival that highlights the latest trends in both functional and art pottery at reduced prices. There will also be demonstrations by some of Ohio's premier potters, artisans and craftsman daily. The ceremonial breaking of the plate takes place at 12-noon today and serves as the official kickoff of the festival. Events are planned all day Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
