A Muskingum college student accused of trafficking cocaine to an undercover officer with the Muskingum county sheriff's office was in court on Tuesday. Muskingum county prosecutor Mike Haddox says 23-year-old Brent Kasmer pleaded guilty to the trafficking charge. He also pleaded guilty to four counts of possession of drugs including cocaine, marijuana, oxycontin and ecstasy. Law enforcement found the drugs in his room at the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity house on the college campus. Judge Mark Flagle has ordered a pre-sentence investigation into the case. The county has recommended a four year sentence.
