A construction project in Licking county did not go so well. Thursday, work involving a torch on the roof of a Newark nusing home caused a fire at the Arlington Nursing Home on South 30th street. That according to the Newark fire department. The fire started in the roof area over the dining room of the home...and officials say that's were work was being done. All the residents were evacuated. There were no injuries. The damage, which is estimated at 40-thousand dollars, does not include any of the residence area.
