The move is one to make your home a safer place. Through "Lowe's Heroes Program," Lowe's Home Safety Council addresses the most over-looked cause of injury and death in America: unintentional home injuries. Wednesday at the James Madison Center the Zanesville Lowe's Heroes hosted a safety workshop with on-site safety demonstrations. Children and their parents learned about various types of safety issues that included bike safety and how to properly administer C-P-R. Each year more than seven million people are injured and more than 29 thousand people are killed in the home due to preventable injuries. Lowe's employees hope these demonstrations teach families what to watch out for in the home.
