The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Department is investigating an incident involving a carryout in Coshocton. It began at about one this morning, as Deputy Don Devore was on routine patrol when he noticed a vehicle leaving the Blue Goose Carryout located on US-36, without its headlights on. Deputy Devore attempted to stop the vehicle but it failed to stop and took off westbound on State Route 715 West from US-36. The vehicle fled on that road until it reached the Mohawk Dam area, where it rounded a sharp curve. Lost control and ran off the side of the road. Four male suspects were inside, and upon further investigation it was discovered that the Blue Goose Carryout had been broken into and several items had been taken from the store. Those items were found in the trunk of the vehicle. Two adult males were taken into custody, 22 year old Christopher Bryan, of Reynoldsburg, and 21 year old James Oliver of Howard Ohio. Two juveniles were also taken in, ages 16 and 17. The juveniles are from Frazeysburg and Howard areas.
