A man is in guarded condition at Good Samaritan Hospital after a domestic incident grew out of control. According to Perry County Deputies around four Friday afternoon 30-year old Dave Farmer was shot once in the chest. Police believe it was a self-inflicted wound. They say a woman whom Farmer had a child with had a civil protection order against him, but that didn't stop him from coming near her and getting into an altercation. The sheriff's department is still investigating the case and charges are pending against Farmer.
