The numbers are good for the John Mcintire library in Zanesville. Customer service manager Blair Tom says for the year 2002, the library wanted to increase circulation to 800-thousand items. Tom attributes reader advisories and policies that allow customers to check out more items and at longer periods of time for the increase in circulation.
