Coshocton Shooting Investigated

The Coshocton county sheriff’s office is investigating a double shooting. It happened just after 1:30 this morning at 505 Chestnut street. Sheriff Tim Rogers says 18-year-old Candice Darling of Coshocton and 22-year-old Joshua Barron of Dover were shot. Darling was taken to Coshocton Memorial and later transferred to the Ohio State Medical Center. Barron was also transported to Coshocton Memorial and then taken to Akron General Medical Center. Sheriff Rogers says after a search one male suspect was taken into custody. His name will be released after he is formally charged.
