A Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, jury is deliberating what prosecutors say is an Ohio man's role in the slaying of a 12-year-old girl more than two years ago. 22-year-old Perry Ricciardi of Struthers, Ohio, is accused on conspiring to kill and rape Shannon Leigh Kos of Youngstown in October 2000. Prosecutors played a tape for the jury in which Ricciardi acknowledges fantasizing about kidnapping, raping and killing a young girl with two other men who also are charged in Kos' death. One of those men, William Monday, had pleaded guilty. The other, David Garvey, is awaiting trial. Police say the men drove the girl to a secluded spot in Mahoning Township, Pennsylvania near the Ohio border, where she was attacked and killed. Her body was also burned.
