Authorities investigating shots fired at homes in a Guernsey county Amish community are deciding whether to file charges against three men arrested during the weekend. Shots were fired Saturday night in the eastern Guernsey county village of Quaker City, at four homes of people who are Amish or formerly Amish. The Guernsey county sheriff's office says the three men charged are identified as 29-year-old Daniel Roe, 20-year-old Travis Nicewonger and 23-year-old Paul Brown, all of Quaker City. They all face charges of improper discharging of a firearm into areas of habitation. No injuries were reported. The suspects are currently under electronic house arrest on 10-thousand dollars bond until their cases go before a grand jury.
