Authorities in Vinton County say prescription drugs found in a McArthur home came from various store thefts across Tennessee. Sheriff Dave Hickey says over six thousand units of the stolen prescription drugs along with some crack cocaine were confiscated after a raid on Thursday. Hickey says the prescription drugs confiscated were Vicodin, Oxycontin and Morphine and have a street value of over $21,000. Charges are pending and the case will likely be turned over to the Vinton County Grand Jury.
