Phone Service Knocked Out To Adamsville Area

Some Muskingum county residents are without phone service today. A spokesman for Sprint phone company says that a truck hit a telephone pole in the Adamsville area around noon today knocking out phone service. Officials say around 190 customers are without service. Sprint officials say local service will not be restored until around midnight tonight.
