Public Health Officials made their way to the doctor's office to recieve the smallpox vaccine Friday morning. The Southeastern Ohio Regional Bioterrorism Team administered the vaccination on a voluntary basis. Since the state expanded it Phase One Vaccination Program earlier this month, only 13,000 health officials have been inoculated. U.S. officials originally had hoped to inoculate 430,000 people.
