A 28-year-old Zanesville man kept police at bay Thursday night, causing a local trailer park to be evacuated by the Muskingum County Special Response Team. The incident occurred at 1710 South River Road. An irate man was threatening to do bodily harm to family members, himself, and officers…all over a court order that forbid him from seeing his children. Muskingum County Sheriff Bob Stephenson says his deputies used tasers to subdue the man. No one was injured in the process. The man was taken into custody and transported to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.
