Cleveland’s mayor said Monday she’s preparing to ask the federal government to reimburse the city for costs associated with Thursday’s blackout. Mayor Jane Campbell doesn’t have a dollar figure yet on how much the blackout cost the city. She expects to have that estimate sometime Tuesday. Campbell says much of the cost is related to overtime paid to police, fire and utility workers.
