Man Pleads Guilty to Arson Charges

It’s a possible 36 months behind bars for a Zanesville man who admitted to setting fire to two structures. 21-year-old Russell Tanner pleaded guilty to two felony counts of arson on Monday. Tanner is charged with setting fire to two garages, one located at 718 Lexington Ave. on March 11. The other at 736 Fountain Square on March 24th. Judge Mark Fleegle has ordered a presentence investigation into the case.
