Maple Avenue might be a little congested for the next couple of weeks. The city of Zanesville is working on making better driving conditions for those who drive on Maple Avenue. City crews are repairing 35 manhole covers on the avenue and once complete the road will be leveled. To alleviate the headaches of traffic jams, the city will work on the street during designated hours. Mayor Jack Fenton says the project should be complete in two to three weeks.
