The State Highway Patrol reports that one person is dead after a tractor trailer truck flipped over and crushed a car on Tuesday. According to the patrol, the truck was approaching an Ohio Turnpike ticket booth in North Ridgeville (near Cleveland) when it went up onto a concrete barrier and overturned crushing a car carrying two people. Troopers say 39-year-old Andrea Raglin of Cleveland, died while she was waiting in line to get a toll ticket. The passenger in her car was taken to Cleveland MetroHealth Medical Center and then released. The truck's driver, identified as 46-year-old Robert Stuart, Jr. of Campbell, New York was charged with vehicular homicide and is in Lorain County's Jail. The Patrol says Stuart was changing a tape in a tape player and didn't relaize how close he was to the toll ticket booth.
