If you are planning on traveling overseas next year there are some changes you need to know about.

Starting January 8th if you travel by air to Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, South America, Central America, or any Caribbean country you will need a passport.

Passports usually take about 4 to 6 weeks to be processed.

After 2008 anyone entering the United States will be required to present a passport.

The changes in the passport requirement are part of the new laws passed by Congress to secure the borders after 9-11.
