This month I introduce you to a young child looking to find his way in the world. In this month's child in need of adoption.

Austin likes to draw.

"I like to draw the Hulk."

Austin likes to eat!


"Macaronni and cheese."


And Austin loves to sing.


Austin's Social Worker Bonnie Carroll said, "He's a quiet little guy. He's not real athletic, but he loves music, loves to sing, loves to ride his bike."


And though he was a little nervous at first, Austin, enjoyed getting up close and personal with the animals at the Wilds, especially when he got to feed the fish and swans at the pond.


Austin's social worker says that this little boy is much in need of having a family to help guide his way.

"He's been in so many different families that have had so many different expectations of him that he's tried to become the litle boy that everyone want him to become and he oesn't know who he really is down inside."


As for Austin, he doesn't have too many requirements for the type of family he sees for himself.

"Mom and Dad that has a pool and a trampoline and doesn't have all sisters!"

"He needs to be with a family that's an area that has a variety of resources that meet his needs especially his educational needs and special schooling. Most of all what Austin needs is a family that will love him as he is right now, unconditionally that he's never had."
