Guernsey County Prosecutor Dan Padden says a Lore City Priest will not be indicted in a case that alleged sexual misconduct.

Padden says that the allegations made by the victim against Gary Zalenski were fully investigated by the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office.

He says as part of that investigation, Detective Sergeant John Davis interviewed several individuals and various records were obtained and reviewed.

Padden says the Grand Jury considered all the evidence and did not find probably cause to return an indictment against Zalenski.
