The State Patrol is investigating a Friday morning accident on Interstate 70.
Troopers say it happened just after 3am in Hopewell Township.
The Patrol says 39-year-old Janell Holman from Sierra Vista, Arizona was traveling west on the interstate with two juveniles.
Several 911 calls reported the vehicle operating in a reckless manner, nearly causing several accidents.
After troopers stopped the vehicle, Holman, refused to cooperate and for an unknown reason wouldn't roll down her window and attempted to flee the scene and struck a semi tractor trailer which had stopped with Holman.
Alcohol and drugs weren't a factor in the crash. Holman was taken to Genesis Bethesda for medical care.
The accident remains under investigation.
