Stabbing Suspect Indicted/Bond Set At $1M

A Licking County Judge Tuesday set bond at $1,000,000 for a 5th suspect charged in connection with the fatal stabbing of a Newark man.

20-year-old Nicholas Wallace is being held in the Licking County Justice Center.
 

Wallace was indicted by a Licking County Grand Jury on four charges including aggravated murder, murder , aggravated burglary and tampering with evidence.
 

The charges are in connection with the death of 25-year-old John Stouffer.
 

Stouffer was found stabbed to death at a home on West Jefferson Street in Newark on August 24.
 

Four other suspects, Jason Stone, William Snyder, William Withem and Beth Doty have all been charged in Stouffer's death.
 

They are all being held in the Licking County Justice Center.
