Morgan County Company Agrees To Pay Ohio EPA

The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has a reached a settlement with a Morgan County Company.
 

MIBA Bearings US, LLC  has agreed to pay a 19 thousand dollar fine to settle water pollution control violations.
 

The Company owns and operates a large diesel and aircraft engine parts manufacturing plant in McConnelsville.
 

According to a press release, on numerous occasions in recent years, MIBA Bearings US, LLC  violated the terms and conditions of its permit which allows it to discharge storm water and process waste water into the Muskingum River.
